FTMO Overview
FTMO is a simulated trading (prop firm) program established in 2015, headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. All activities on FTMO take place in a simulated environment designed to mirror real market conditions — not a regulated financial service.
Traders can choose from 2 challenge types: FTMO Challenge: 1-Step, FTMO Challenge: 2-Step. All challenges use RAW spreads from 0 pips. There are typically no time limits on most challenge types.
FTMO provides access to simulated capital for traders who pass their evaluation phases. Key features include: Up to 90% profit share (80% base for 2-Step, 90% for 1-Step and with Scaling Plan), No time limit on Trading Period, Unlimited Trading Period in all phases, Simulated trading on demo accounts with fictitious funds, MT4, MT5 and cTrader support.
Challenges are available on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader. Hedging and Expert Advisors (EAs) are typically allowed depending on the specific challenge rules.

Challenge Structure
